Healthcare Principal - Architect
Seeking a Healthcare Principal - Architect for a leadership role in the Boston office. This dynamic principal will have a direct project role and will be responsible for maintaining existing client relations while developing new business in Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Possible future ownership potential.
Successful candidate will possess the following skills & experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
- A career spent in healthcare design/architecture required
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Solid leadership and decision making abilities are essential
- Professional degree in architecture required
- Massachusetts registration or NCARB certification required
Responsibilities will include:
- Proven ability to develop and build trust-based relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business development initiatives
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
